Hybrid work model (90% remote) Field Operational Recruiter Work Location: San Pedro de los Pinos, CDMX Hybrid work model (90% remote / 10% office) We are currently looking for a field recruiter with experience in mass recruitment processes and nationwide coverage. Responsibilities: * Nationwide mass recruitment * Publishing job postings and attracting talent via social media and job boards * Conducting initial and in-depth interviews * Administering and interpreting psychometric and projective tests * Candidate follow-up throughout the selection process * Compiling and organizing candidate files * Coverage of operational and foreign profiles Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology (MANDATORY) * Verifiable employment stability * Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment * Experience with operational profiles and foreign coverage * Proficiency in administering and interpreting projective and psychometric tests * Proficiency in Excel * Willingness to travel * Personal computer, mobile phone, and home internet access Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Occasional weekend availability (with compensatory days off) We Offer: * Salary: $17,500 net monthly * Statutory benefits * Hybrid work model * Job stability * Professional development in nationwide coverage projects Salary: $17,500.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in 03700, Santa María Nonoalco, CDMX
