Your opportunity. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed as planned. This includes coordinating on-site personnel activities and guaranteeing compliance with timelines and allocated budgets. Key Responsibilities. - Coordinate and update facility schedules, monitoring critical milestones to ensure timely completion. - Coordinate execution of electrical installations (primary) alongside others (hydraulic, sanitary, fire protection & life safety, and telecommunications), ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and established standards. - Manage the assigned facility budget, tracking costs, controlling variances, validating estimates, and authorizing payments based on physical and contractual progress. - Coordinate system testing, commissioning, and handover to operations, ensuring provision of manuals, maintenance staff training, and proper integration into management systems. Requirements. - Electrical, electromechanical, civil engineering, or related degree. - 3 years of experience in large-scale electrical projects. - Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, fire protection & life safety, and telecommunications installations. - Software: AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and BIM (desirable).
