Palladium Hotel Group is seeking an **Executive Assistant to General Manager** at Grand Palladium Riviera Maya. **MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION** * Receive and appropriately distribute correspondence addressed to the hotel. * Review hotel contracts with concessionaires, agreements, or any similar arrangements the hotel decides to enter into, in order to keep files up to date. * Collaborate with Finance to monitor payments for fixed-service invoices. * In the absence of the Resort General Manager, follow up on pending matters with Hotel Managers. * Monitor renewals of insurance policies, licenses, and legal permits.
