Job Description and Responsibilities Responsible for resolving complex issues by coordinating or executing activities within their engineering specialization area, requiring leadership techniques and guidance in analysis and evaluation. Ensure machinery and equipment remain functional and compliant with manufacturing standards. * Lead technical support team, task and project administration * Planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance * Monitor KPIs: PM Schedule, Maintenance Cost per asset, Equipment OEE, DownTime, Spare Parts, MTTR, MTBF, Cost * Provide capacity analysis and reporting * Quotation and procurement of new machinery and CAPEX expense management * Define setup procedures for scheduling and maintaining machinery or equipment * Technical support during NPI planning and execution * During NPI, provide machinery feasibility analysis based on product specifications * Develop machinery operating instructions and corresponding setup documentation * Equipment control, evaluation, and validation * Preventive maintenance logbook and instruction development * Conduct necessary studies to recommend feasible process changes and modifications required to achieve desired outcomes * Equipment control, evaluation, and validation Experience and Requirements * Engineering degree (Preferred): Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronics, or equivalent * Minimum 3 years of relevant engineering work experience; in-depth knowledge of the electronics industry * Excellent communication skills, teamwork, personnel management, flexibility, and goal-oriented mindset * *Fluent English, both verbal and written (minimum 80%).* * *Valid U.S. visa.* * Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes, including SMT, Wave, Conformal Coating, Depaneling, and Press-Fit * Familiarity with FUJI, KohYoung, ASMPT, ERSA, Mycronic, and Nordson platforms * Knowledge of capacity analysis and model changeovers * Proficiency in computer applications (Office, Outlook, etc.) * Machine programming skills * ERP and QAD knowledge preferred * Knowledge of NOM-035 Benefits * On-site medical services * Showers * Uniform **Number of vacancies** 1 **Department** Engineering **Employment type** Permanent **Work mode** On-site **Shift** Day shift **Working hours** Full-time **Schedule*** Full-time **Education** Bachelor's degree with professional title **English proficiency** Spoken: Intermediate, Written: Intermediate **Willingness to travel** No
