Role Challenges: * Visit travel agencies to strengthen commercial ties and identify opportunities. * Design and implement commercial strategies to enhance results. * Conduct face-to-face and telephone sales. * Train and support travel agency sales teams. * Issue cards, manage quotations, and provide end-to-end commercial process support. * Prepare commercial management reports and agency visit reports. This opportunity is ideal for you if you have... * Minimum 2 years’ experience selling intangible products (e.g., insurance, tourism, airlines, or related sectors). * Academic background in Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields. * A proactive profile with excellent communication, negotiation, and results-oriented skills. * Availability to work on-site in the Polanco area. Benefits Base salary: MXN 13,500 plus 3% commission and bonuses for achieving targets.
