




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced E-CONCIERGE to manage guest experiences, coordinate services, and support hotel operations in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the front desk and VIP guest services. 2. Coordinates amenities, decorations, and special requests. 3. Supports daily operations and guest satisfaction. Original Group is a Mexican firm with over 40 years of experience, active in the hospitality, cruise industry, vacation clubs, and real estate sectors. We are currently seeking professionals with prior experience in the E\-CONCIERGE position and who additionally meet the following criteria: **Education:** High school diploma **Minimum Experience:** 1 year of experience in this role. **English:** Conversational Responsibilities 1\. Greets guests during check-in and handles PREMIER new sales and upgrades; notifies the on-duty butler. 2\. Manages and responds to emails assigned to butlers (requests for amenities, bars, setups, decorations, Balinese beds, PREMIER new sales, romantic dinners). 3\. Prepares and sends service orders for arrivals setups for Master Suites, Penthouse suites, hotel VIPs, and special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons, etc.). 4\. Coordinates pre\-checkouts, bagpull, and support for ISH – RP survey collection. 5\. Schedules amenities, decorations, etc., assigned to guests according to the Amenities Standard by segment with A\&B and housekeeping staff. 6\. Enters information into the database to increase reviews on Trip Advisor. 7\. Updates the non-package sales summary information. 8\. Prepares the list, attendance tracking, and promotion of PREMIER cocktail events / tower events / PREMIER events. 9\. Manages the guest follow-up log. 10\. Covers for butlers during pool activities (morning and afternoon amenity distribution (approximately 30 minutes per set) / staff introductions at the sexy pool / “wow” moments) Work Location\- Puerto Morelos Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
