Main Responsibilities * Follow up with active donors via phone calls, emails, messages, and in-person visits. * Design and implement strategies for **acquiring new donors** and **retaining current donors**. * Develop membership and loyalty campaigns aligned with ONI's mission. * Analyze donor behavior and satisfaction to identify improvement opportunities. * Strengthen the bond between donors, volunteers, and the organization. * Collaborate with communications and fundraising departments.
