Bilingual Preschool Teacher ***MUST HOLD A DEGREE AND LICENSE IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION*** West Midland's is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to advance our students' education by nurturing them into self-sufficient individuals through a comprehensive preschool education model that promotes critical thinking and life skills development with English language mastery. We seek to incorporate into our team a committed Bilingual Preschool Teacher dedicated to holistic development, focusing on active teaching and meaningful learning in English and Spanish. **\*Job Objective** The teacher supports cognitive, social, physical, and emotional development of children by integrating them into a structured educational environment using play-based learning, exploration, and discovery. **\*Key Responsibilities** Design and implement lesson plans aligned with the National Early Childhood Education Program (NEM) and the institutional model. Promote cognitive, socioemotional, motor, and language development through play, projects, and exploration. Apply pedagogical strategies such as storytelling, art, and sensory activities. Create safe, inclusive, and stimulating environments that foster autonomy and participation. Assess student progress (observation, records, portfolios) and provide individualized support by identifying developmental and learning needs. Encourage habits, self-esteem, and independence among students. Participate in meetings, training sessions, and institutional activities. Comply with SEP and institutional guidelines, including recordkeeping, reporting, and follow-up procedures. **\*Requirements** Bachelor’s Degree in Preschool Education (degree and license required) * English proficiency with certification * Minimum 3 years of classroom experience at the preschool level * Excellent classroom management skills \*Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm Clavería, Azcapotzalco, CDMX Salary: Starting at $1,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
