Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Die Assembler to ensure proper assembly, adjustment, and operation of punch presses, handling progressive/tandem dies and sheet metal feeding systems. Skill in operating punch presses METAL MECHANICAL COMPANY WITH 55 YEARS IN THE MARKET **Position Required: Die Assembler** **Requirements:** · Age 25 to 50 years · Education: Junior high school, incomplete or completed high school. **Knowledge:** · Minimum 3 years of experience in the metal-mechanical industry · Extensive knowledge of die assembly and adjustment; proficiency in punch presses (mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic) · Sense of precision work and urgency. **Responsibilities:** · Assembly and adjustment of dies (mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic) · Advanced knowledge of die assembly · Handling of progressive/tandem dies · Experience with sheet metal feeding systems. · Skill in operating punch presses. · Knowledge of measuring equipment. · Ensuring correct punch press operation during production. · Identifying and reporting deviations, failures, or preventive/corrective maintenance needs. **We Offer:** * Bi-weekly payments * Monday\-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM * 12 days of vacation in the first year * Vacation bonus: 34% * Christmas bonus: 23 days * Savings fund: 11% * Punctuality bonus ***INDUSTRIAL ZONE, CUAMATLA, CUAUTITLÁN IZCALLI*** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $12,001\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
