Job Summary: Ensures safe and timely delivery of products, complying with safety policies and delivery procedures, while operating the vehicle and routing tools. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promotes safety, operational discipline, and customer focus. **Delivery Driver** **Department:** Operations **Position Type:** Field (local routes) **Position Objective** Ensure safe, timely, and undamaged delivery of products to customers, in compliance with established safety policies, vehicle handling guidelines, and delivery procedures. **Responsibilities** * Deliver products to customers on time and as scheduled. * Safeguard merchandise, documents, and tools. * Operate the vehicle safely and comply with traffic regulations. * Use routing tools (GPS/apps). * Execute deliveries, returns, and settlements. * Report incidents encountered en route. * Maintain the vehicle and monitor fuel consumption. * Support and supervise the delivery assistant (if applicable). **Requirements** * Completed high school education (preferred) * Valid Class C driver's license. * Minimum 2 years of experience in delivery or vehicle operation. * Familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations. * Experience in merchandise delivery and documentation handling. **Knowledge** * Vehicle operation and road safety. * Use of GPS or routing apps. * Delivery, return, and settlement processes. * Basic cargo handling and documentation management. **Skills** * Responsibility and punctuality * Service-oriented attitude * Teamwork * Effective communication * Attention to detail * Proactivity **Working Conditions** * Field work on local routes. * Physical activity (lifting up to 25 kg). * Frequent entry into and exit from the vehicle. **Culture** We foster a work environment grounded in safety, operational discipline, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
