Responsibilities: • Enter information into software • Generate productivity reports for company departments. • Sales reports and team progress reports. Essential Requirements: • Completed high school education with certificate • Intermediate Excel skills • Experience in database analysis. • Experience in call centers. Schedule: • Workplace: Konexo 3 Marías • Shift: 1:30 PM to 9:00 PM. • Weekend shifts are rotating within the service window: Sat 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Sun 9:00 AM–5:00 PM • One rotating weekend day off.
