Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Scientist with a strong foundation in statistics and Python programming to transform complex data into strategic insights and enhance decision-making, with preferred experience in Azure Machine Learning. Key Highlights: 1. Advanced statistical analysis and modeling for complex business problems. 2. Python development with key libraries for data analysis and automation. 3. Implementation and optimization of ML models on Azure. We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist proficient in statistics and Python programming to join our data analytics team. This role is critical to transforming complex data into strategic insights that drive organizational decision-making. Experience with Azure Machine Learning is valued to improve the effectiveness of our cloud-based modeling and analytics solutions. ### **Responsibilities:** * **Statistical Analysis and Modeling**: * Perform advanced data analysis using statistical techniques. * Build and validate predictive and prescriptive models to address complex business problems. * **Python Programming and Development**: * Develop Python scripts for data manipulation, modeling, and process automation. * Utilize Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit\-Learn, and Matplotlib for analysis and visualization. * **Deployment on Azure Machine Learning**: * Implement and optimize Machine Learning models on the Azure ML platform. * Manage cloud-based data pipelines, and perform performance tuning and security adjustments on deployed models. * **Cross-Departmental Collaboration**: * Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities where data can improve outcomes. * Interpret and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields. * Solid experience in advanced statistical analysis. * Proficiency in Python and its data science libraries. * Experience with Azure Machine Learning or any other similar cloud platform (preferred). * Knowledge of machine learning, including regression, classification, clustering, and neural networks. * Excellent communication skills to present results and recommendations. **Preferred:** * Experience with other cloud environments, such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform. * Familiarity with SQL and database management. ### **What We Offer:** * Contractor position * 100% remote work from anywhere in Latam * Long-term project with high potential for extension * Opportunity to work for world-class clients * Gain substantial experience handling large volumes of data At **iCodde**, we recognize the value of personal networks—and reward you with cash for leveraging yours.
