Our offer includes: * **Salary**: MXN 65,000–75,000 per month, free of statutory benefits, fully nominal, Savings Fund, Life Insurance, Major Medical Expense Insurance, Grocery Vouchers. * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * **Work Location**: Hybrid, with office presence at Polanco (3 days/week). **What We Are Looking For?** * 5 years of experience as: Data Science Tech Lead, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or Data Science Scientist. * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Engineering with specialization in AI/ML. * Advanced skills in gathering end-user requirements and effectively managing stakeholder relationships across diverse business units. * 4–5 years of experience designing, architecting, and implementing ML models or MLOps (supervised and unsupervised) for classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems. * 4–5 years of experience designing Generative AI solutions using LLMs such as OpenAI, Deepseek, Gemini, Mistral, Llama, Claude, etc. * Experience managing the full MLOps lifecycle: data and model versioning, automated training pipelines, production deployment, and monitoring of drift and performance. * 4–5 years of hands-on Python development with libraries including PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, and Hugging Face; RAG: embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS); Prompt Engineering: Chain-of-Thought, Few-shot, Zero-shot, ReAct. * 4–5 years working with platforms: AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock), Azure (ML Studio, OpenAI Service), GCP (Vertex AI); containers: Docker, Kubernetes; GPU computing: CUDA, cuDNN, distributed training. * 2–3 years of data analysis, exploration, and visualization using SQL or Metabase; alternatively, tools such as Polaris, pandas, DuckDB, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, Power BI. * Proficiency in code versioning using Git, GitHub, and GitFlow. * ***Desirable***: Master’s or Ph.D. in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
