Participation in monthly accounting closings **Job Objective** Analyze, control, and optimize the company's operational, production, or service costs, providing timely and reliable financial information to support strategic decision-making. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Develop and analyze cost structures (raw materials, labor, overhead). * Determine standard and actual costs. * Analyze variances between budgeted and actual costs. * Prepare financial reports. * Support pricing decisions. * Identify cost reduction opportunities. * Participate in monthly accounting closings. * Maintain up-to-date cost databases. **Experience** * 1 year of experience preferred, but not mandatory **Technical Knowledge** * Variance analysis. * Excel (pivot tables, macros preferred). * ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, CONTPAQi or similar) preferred. * Financial indicators and margins. **Skills** * Strong numerical analysis. * Attention to detail. * Critical thinking. * Organization. * Planning. * Effective communication. **We Offer** * Working hours: **Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM** * On-site work mode * Statutory benefits * Additional benefits * Tax-free salary Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Restaurant vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
