A serious bar group in Mexico City, with a clear expansion plan: 3 locations today → 6 within 12 months, is looking for someone who understands that cooking is about rhythm, precision… and also attitude. If you can confidently navigate both the production area and the adrenaline-fueled line, you are likely who we’re looking for. **What will you do?** You’ll be a key part of two worlds: * Production: where everything begins—organization, preparation, and quality from the ground up. * Service: where everything happens—agility, teamwork, and flawless execution under pressure. **What we expect from you:** * Experience in the kitchen (production and/or hot/cold line). * A strong sense of urgency without losing control. * Order, cleanliness, and discipline. * Genuine teamwork. * Passion for the bar-restaurant environment (dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging). **What we offer:** * Monthly net salary of 12,000 MXN + tips. * Statutory benefits. * Schedule: 7:00 am–5:00 pm (production) and 3:00 pm–1:00 am (service). * A space where hard work is balanced with enjoyment. * A supportive team (because here, no one handles service alone).
