Teamwork and mutual support in the kitchen We are looking for a passionate, organized, and fast-paced Cook to join our kitchen at Cangrejito Playero Acapulco. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare food and perform mise en place according to recipes and restaurant standards. * Prepare menu items, daily specials, and customer orders. * Operate assigned station (grill, sauces, frying, salads, etc.). * Ensure food quality control, presentation, and timely dish delivery. * Strictly comply with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Collaborate with the kitchen team and assist at other stations as needed. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook or Line Cook (restaurant experience preferred). * Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and equipment handling. * Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours. * Full-time availability, including weekends. * Positive attitude, personal cleanliness, and teamwork orientation.
