Bencomo, a contemporary Mexican restaurant currently undergoing consolidation and sustained growth in San Jerónimo, CDMX, is seeking an on-site Community Manager + Content Creator with high discipline, controlled creativity, and technical proficiency to autonomously execute the brand’s digital presence. Main Responsibilities: ● Design and execution of the weekly editorial calendar (Reels, Stories, Posts), aligned with the brand strategy defined by management. ● On-site content capture: photography and video of daily operations (Botanera tavern, ferments, dishes of the day, boutique, and sensory experiences). ● Professional and agile editing: CapCut (clean transitions, precise subtitles, appropriate music) + Canva (institutional graphics, visual menus, event flyers). ● Scheduled and organic posting on Instagram, TikTok, and X, respecting peak-impact timing and brand tone. ● Community management: timely responses to direct messages (<30 minutes), comment moderation, polls, and institutional live sessions. ● Weekly reporting of key metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares) in Canva format (maximum 3 slides). Essential Requirements: ● Advanced and demonstrable proficiency in CapCut and Canva (a professional portfolio must be presented during the interview). ● Minimum 2 years’ experience managing social media for brands with physical locations (experience with restaurants, bars, or gastronomic retail is highly valued). ● Ability to produce fresh, authentic visual content aligned with a serious and sophisticated contemporary Mexican identity. ● Up-to-date knowledge of short-video algorithms and formats (effective hooks within the first 3 seconds; ideal duration: 30–60 seconds). ● Own stable technical equipment (smartphone with high-quality camera and stabilization; we provide a professional iPhone for on-site shoots). ● Professional maturity, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality regarding internal processes and exclusive recipes. Conditions: ● Work modality: 100% on-site in San Jerónimo, CDMX. ● Schedule: 8 hours per day, flexible according to the content and scheduled-event calendar (including punctual adjustments for tastings, launches, and key weekends). ● Contract type: Fixed-term or project-based, with a strict confidentiality clause (NDA). ● Salary: $12,000 – $15,000 MXN net monthly, based on experience and portfolio.
