Job Summary: A Collective Labor Relations Coordinator who will manage union relations, negotiate collective conditions, and represent the company before labor authorities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Represent the company before labor authorities. **Job Description** ---------------------- Maintain stability in collective labor relations at the workplace. We want to be part of your life! As a Collective Labor Relations Coordinator, you will be responsible for: * Managing union relations and providing direct support to unions across various positions, maintaining communication with union leaders and advisors. * Negotiating collective working conditions for employees and managing legal-labor documentation (regulations, collective and individual employment contracts). * Appearing before labor authorities such as the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare, the Federal Center for Conciliation and Labor Registry, conciliation boards, and labor courts. * Reviewing, strengthening, and monitoring internal processes. * Administering collective employment contracts, including tracking revision dates, document filing, drafting contracts, and monitoring until signing. We offer a hybrid work schedule: part of your day will be spent in the office and part remotely in the afternoon: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (office/remote), and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (remote).
