We invite you to join us as a **Collections Manager**. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Recover overdue group and individual loans—60 days or more past due—through direct negotiation with clients. * Conduct collection visits along an effective recovery route. * Be assigned a portfolio of clients with varying numbers of days overdue, which you must fully recover within each category. * Be provided with a mobile device to manage your daily activities. * Submit daily reports via Excel templates to your immediate supervisor. * **We do not handle cash.** As a Collections Manager, 90% of your time will be spent on field activities (visiting assigned clients), and 10% on administrative tasks at the office. **What do you need to join our family?** * High school diploma with certificate. * Experience in extrajudicial collections (field-based). * Negotiation skills. * Goal-oriented work ethic. **What BENEFITS do you receive by working with us?** Competitive Salary: Base monthly salary of $8,400 + $1,600 monthly training bonus (for the first month) + $3,000 monthly transportation allowance (once your portfolio is assigned).
