Proven systems methodology for professionalization **Position Objective:** The Coach Development Specialist will be responsible for **developing and managing analysis and operations optimization projects** for enterprises and clients. The purpose is to deliver satisfaction outcomes, ensure compliance with order, and establish tangible improvements within the organizations served. Achieving customer satisfaction through personalized advisory based on market knowledge and effective communication with customers. **Responsibilities:** * Manage, handle, and provide timely follow-up on assigned process optimization projects, defining and achieving objectives related to order and structure for clients. * Record and control information generated during systematization projects, uploading and reporting progress online. * Maintain constant and assertive communication with clients and team members involved in systematization projects. * Pose objective and constructive questions regarding how the client conducts their processes or functions, helping the client identify better or more practical alternatives. * Maintain an excellent professional image and service attitude toward the firm’s clients. * Ensure both the client and their staff understand messages and remain aligned. * Formally fulfill all agreed commitments and maintain punctuality in work schedules and progress deliveries. * Respond effectively to any concerns raised by the client or their team. * Help the client broaden their business perspective through questioning, examples, and case stories. * Apply creativity to propose simpler ways of executing processes or activities. * Apply PROCID’s established methodology and suggest improvements to drive growth. * Stay current with tools and applications that help clients improve efficiency. * Immediately inform the Coach about any client challenges, doubts, or negative feedback for prompt resolution. * Collaborate productively with colleagues and remain attentive to the firm’s operational needs. * Strictly meet targets established for each assigned project. * Record all collected and generated information in official tools (Dropbox, app.procid) under strict confidentiality criteria. * Actively participate in the firm’s training programs to enhance competencies. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s degree in Business Management Engineering or Industrial Engineering (mandatory)** * **2–4 years** of experience in similar roles. * Experience in **consulting firms**, process analysis, and/or training programs. * Basic knowledge of **process analysis**. * **Experience creating flowcharts.** * Basic knowledge of **tools and operation manual development.** * Advanced knowledge and proficiency in **Microsoft Office.** * Use of technological devices (tablet, smartphone, PC) * Intermediate knowledge of project management **platforms and software.** * Willingness to travel, flexible time availability, and **personal vehicle** are desirable. * Self-reflection and **continuous learning** (mandatory) * Proactivity **Benefits** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm (occasional Saturdays) **Employment Type:** Full-time, hybrid model, on-site **Salary:** $15,000 net monthly **Commission Scheme:** Between $5,000 and $10,000 MXN (performance-based) **Statutory Benefits** **Year-end Bonus (Aguinaldo)** **Public Holidays** **Statutory Vacation Days** **Training and Continuous Improvement** **About the Company** We are a consulting firm specialized in business professionalization and optimization.
