**Job Objective** Provide specialized psychotherapeutic care to girls and boys, promoting their emotional, social, and behavioral well-being. Design and implement evidence-based clinical interventions aligned with children’s developmental needs, ensuring ethical, professional, and context-sensitive support for each family. **Main ResponsibilitiesClinical Intervention** * Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments: initial interview, clinical history, developmental assessment, analysis of reason for consultation, and formulation of clinical hypotheses. * Design and implement individualized intervention plans appropriate to the child’s age and needs. * Use therapeutic tools specialized for childhood (therapeutic play, projective techniques, sand tray therapy, art therapy, narrative interventions, etc.). * Conduct weekly child psychotherapy sessions, maintaining a clear and consistent therapeutic frame. **Work with Families and Caregivers** * Conduct parental support, guidance, and psychoeducational sessions. * Involve mothers, fathers, or caregivers in the therapeutic process to strengthen family resources. * Provide periodic feedback on progress in the therapeutic process. **Documentation and Follow-up** * Prepare clinical files in accordance with ethical and regulatory guidelines. * Record session notes, assessments, agreements, and case progression. * Prepare psychological reports when required. **Collaboration and Professional Development** * Participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and co-therapy sessions as needed. * Stay updated on contemporary therapeutic approaches for childhood, trauma, attachment, neurodevelopment, and current theoretical trends. **Job RequirementsAcademic Qualifications** * **Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology** (mandatory). * **Master’s Degree in Child Therapy, Child Psychotherapy, Clinical Psychology, or related fields** (mandatory). **Experience** * **Minimum 5 years of verifiable clinical experience** working directly with children. * Experience in assessment and treatment of: * Emotional regulation * Behavioral problems * Relational difficulties * Parenting processes * Trauma care in childhood **Knowledge and Skills** * Proficiency in playful techniques and specialized therapeutic tools. * Ability to work from contemporary models (systemic, narrative, solution-focused, attachment-based, among others). * Excellent observational skills, active listening, and clinical reasoning. * Skills in emotional containment and crisis management. * Clear and respectful communication with children, mothers, fathers, and caregivers. * Professional ethics and responsibility in handling confidential information. **Personal Competencies** * Human sensitivity and warmth * Patience and empathy * Ability to work within a clinical team * Organization and punctuality * Reflective capacity and commitment to continuous learning **General Conditions** *(optional, if you wish to add it later)* * Work modality: In-person * Schedule: To be determined * Fees: Based on experience * Location: C.
