Chef Jr. / Ingredienta Gourmet (Polanco) Position Objective Support daily kitchen operations at Ingredienta Gourmet, ensuring quality, hygiene, and collaboration in gastronomic classes, production, and events. Main Responsibilities * Prepare and organize mise en place for classes and events. * Collaborate in the production of pasta, sauces, and specialties. * Support at the sushi bar and event setup. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the kitchen. * Inspect and receive supplies. Requirements * Minimum education: Technical high school diploma preferred, plus gastronomy courses. * Experience: 2–3 years as a kitchen assistant or support staff in restaurants/gastronomy schools. * Key competencies: teamwork, responsibility, neat personal appearance, positive attitude. Working Conditions * Location: Homero 1500, Polanco, CDMX * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with mid-week day off. Classes may end as late as 11 PM (arrival 8 hours prior, per applicable law). Salary: $12,000 net \+ $500 weekly bonus \+ $240 meal allowance \+ Statutory benefits Weekly payment every Monday Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $12,001\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
