Experience is required in preparing dishes such as tacos, enchiladas, mole, chiles en nogada, and other classics of Mexican cuisine. Additionally, the chef is expected to possess the ability to innovate and adapt traditional recipes to meet the needs and preferences of our clientele. This is an on-site position, and the chef is expected to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment while adhering to food hygiene and safety standards. Teamwork capability and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are highly valued.
