Develop distribution channels and ensure operational efficiency. **Position:** ***Branch Manager*** **Location:** Coyoacán, CDMX **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. **Industry:** Automotive wholesale import and distribution. **About the Position** We seek a **Branch Manager** with **commercial vision** and leadership ability to drive business growth through marketing strategies, effective sales closing, and comprehensive team and operational management. **Position Objective** Coordinate and execute the branch’s **commercial operations**, ensuring achievement of sales targets, development of distribution channels, and efficient operation of the distribution center and warehouse. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate commercial operations with distribution channels and sales force (**40%**). * Ensure achievement of sales targets per distributor and branch (**20%**). * Conduct periodic visits to identify market, competition, and commercial performance opportunities (**20%**). * Guarantee proper administrative operation of the DC: inventory, expense control, and general operations (**20%**). * Implement guidelines and agreements defined by General Management and Commercial Management. * Plan and monitor inventory and product turnover. * Coordinate growth plans with service and parts departments. * Supervise optimal facility conditions and propose operational improvements. **Requirements** * Age: **25 years or older** * Minimum **3 years** of experience in: commercial and marketing strategies * Experience in sales closing and negotiation * Experience in team management and development * Willingness to travel **Key Skills** * Systems thinking * Results orientation * Effective negotiation * Transparency and accountability * Teamwork **We Offer** * **Gross salary:** $15,000 monthly \+ PL * Biweekly payment * Job stability * Performance bonus * Collaborative environment and results-oriented culture **Are you interested?** Apply through this channel or send your updated CV to 5511381987 to join a team focused on growth and operational excellence.
