Customer service and support 2\. In-person and telephone follow-up with customers 3\. Sending promotions and announcements to customers 4\. Branch opening and closing procedures 5\. Operating point-of-sale terminals and handling cash 6\. Billing and order fulfillment 7\. Inventory management and control 8\. Supporting logistics, internal meetings, and branch events 9\.
