Operational and Quality Management:** * **Multi-Area Supervision:** Coordinate daily execution in the dining room, bar, and kitchen to ensure team synergy. * **Service Standards:** Maintain superior levels of customer service and manage any complaints or incidents efficiently and professionally. * **Quality and Procurement:** Continuously evaluate product freshness, research new suppliers, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. **2\. Administration and Profitability:** * **Financial Control:** Monitor operational costs, implement strategies to reduce waste, and prepare weekly, monthly, and annual income/expense reports. * **Resource Planning:** Forecast requirements for ingredients, utensils, and cleaning supplies to prevent stockouts. * **Commercial Strategy:** Propose campaigns (discounts, social media advertising) and actively participate in promoting the brand within the local community. **3\.
