Responsibilities: * Supervision of monitoring center operations and personnel * Response to and follow-up on panic buttons, GPS alerts, and alarms * Operational coordination and support for escorts and field personnel * Monitoring of GPS, CCTV, and application platforms * Client response and follow-up * Emergency protocol activation and follow-up * Preparation of operational and incident reports Requirements: * Experience in monitoring centers, security, GPS, or control centers * Conversational English is mandatory * Proficiency with GPS and CCTV platforms * Experience supervising operational staff * Ability to react quickly and make decisions * Excellent communication and follow-up skills We seek an organized, responsive individual with operational leadership and a focus on critical response. Location: Polanco Salary: Commensurate with experience Schedule: 12-hour shift rotation (2-2-2) Salary: $20,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
