Job Summary: As an integral part of the team, you will assist guests, monitor traffic flow, and provide essential information, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience while maintaining company standards and collaborating with colleagues. Key Highlights: 1. Assist guests and direct traffic flow for a seamless experience. 2. Provide useful information about the property and local areas of interest. 3. Maintain positive relationships and support the team in a professional environment. Your Responsibilities Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and exiting the property. Monitor and direct traffic flow of personal and commercial vehicles on the property—including guest vehicles, taxis, limousines, and buses—to ensure vehicles are parked legally and to maintain smooth and efficient traffic flow. Provide guests with instructions and information regarding property amenities, services, operating hours, and local areas of interest and activities. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist guests with disabilities; and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Communicate with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support the team in achieving common goals. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information presented in various formats; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout an entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
