A leading Financial Group, a Mexican financial institution offering products and services focused on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Its model combines fintech with traditional banking operations, providing loans, digital accounts, and investment services through a digital platform. We are seeking an IMSS Intern under the Government Program "YOUNG PEOPLE BUILDING THE FUTURE", to directly support the IMSS Coordinator with the aim of delivering improved service and follow-up on employee procedures. KEY POINTS \-The program targets youth aged 18 to 29. \-Applicants must currently be neither studying nor employed. (Important) \-Must have studied Accounting or Administration. \-Duration is strictly one year (with strong possibility of direct permanent employment at Kapital) \-Optional medical insurance is provided \-Part-time \-Monthly stipend (paid by the government) RESPONSIBILITIES · Prepare employer letters for IMSS, INFONAVIT, visas, scholarships, loans, daycare, embassy applications, and maternity disability transfer forms upon employee request to process official procedures. · Download INFONAVIT withholding, suspension, and modification notices from the INFONAVIT portal upon employee request for their loan files. · Email IMSS enrollment acknowledgments to employees to enable them to complete registration at their assigned clinic. · File documentation related to ID cards and payments, employer letters, and employer clarifications. · Monitor disabilities and workplace risks to ensure proper control and application, as well as report and coordinate lactation leave permissions. · Download digital tax receipts from the IMSS and INFONAVIT portals for recordkeeping and verification of payments made to both institutions. · Check daily submissions via the IDSE platform (IMSS From Your Company) to identify rejections, ensuring timely and accurate processing of submissions and updating the Excel log of all IMSS submissions. · Monitor pending employee terminations not yet requested by the relevant department, aiming to prevent late terminations that could incur additional costs for the company. · Search for IMSS enrollment and termination acknowledgments, social security payment records for labor litigation, and IMSS-related requests.
