




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Bartender with expertise in mixology and cocktail preparation to deliver VIP service in airport lounge areas, preparing and managing beverages to high standards of quality and innovation. Opportunity to innovate and update beverages in a VIP environment WE ARE A COMPANY DEDICATED TO PROVIDING VIP SERVICES IN LAST-CHANCE LOUNGES LOCATED AT TERMINAL 1 OF THE CDMX INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT REQUIREMENTS Experience: 1 year preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Knowledge of: Mixology Craft Beers Wines, liqueurs, distilled spirits Classic, modern, and signature cocktail making Basic/service-level English RESPONSIBILITIES Receive and serve guests according to established guidelines, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of requested beverages. Ensure beverages are prepared strictly according to recipes in the system. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, equipment, and utensils. Plan, innovate, and update beverage offerings based on management-defined guidelines and key industry trends. Ensure proper stock levels are maintained at the beverage bar. Monitor compliance with the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principle.
