Ongoing training and preferential dining Position: Bartender / Server *Leña \& Masa* At Leña \& Masa, we seek individuals with excellent attitude, energy, and passion for service to join our team as Bartender / Server. Responsibilities * Preparation of beverages and basic/intermediate mixology. * Customer service and table attendance. * Taking orders and tracking tickets. * Recommending food, beverages, and promotions. * Maintaining cleanliness and order at the bar and service area. * Teamwork to ensure an enjoyable experience for every customer. * Responsible handling of cash and bank terminal. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurants, bars, or cafés. * Excellent personal presentation and service-oriented attitude. * Strong verbal communication skills and courteous demeanor. * Ability to work under pressure. * Flexible availability. * Punctuality and responsibility.
