Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Bartender with cocktail-making experience to join the CHANGO RESTAURANTE team, performing mise-en-place and serving orders according to service protocols. Dynamic and proactive **JOIN OUR TEAM** **OPENING: CHANGO RESTAURANTE.** Position title: **BARMAN.** **Full-time: Rotating 8-hour shifts (variable schedule)** **Tuesday to Sunday (Monday is day off)** *Position Objective* * Perform the necessary “Mise\-en\-Place” for service * Use tools provided by the company for the benefit of customers and smooth operation of the establishment * Serve orders in the correct sequence, always adhering to service protocols * Report any unusual incidents to the BAR MANAGER * Complete the shift checklist to ensure a successful shift * Perform daily and weekly cleaning duties for the shift * Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered to each table on time * Carry out supporting tasks assigned as part of restaurant operations *Must embody the following values:* * Honesty, Respect, Responsibility, Commitment, Loyalty, Punctuality, Ethics, Dedication. *Desired Experience:* * Minimum 1–2 years. *Skills:* * Teamwork * Working under pressure * Dynamic * Proactivity *Basic work tools:* * Computer equipment * Sales software * Point-of-sale terminal * Beverage preparation equipment.
