Description

Position Objective Coordinate and supervise bar operations, ensuring fast, orderly, and high-quality service, as well as proper personnel management, inventory control, and beverage preparation in accordance with company standards. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily bar operations. * Coordinate and support the bartender and barista team. * Verify correct beverage preparation and presentation. * Manage inventory, supplies, and requisitions. * Ensure cleanliness, order, and hygiene in the area. * Train new staff members. * Monitor team schedules, attendance, and performance. * Guarantee excellent customer service and experience. * Resolve operational incidents during shifts. * Supervise compliance with recipes and established standards. Requirements * Prior experience managing bars or similar positions. * Leadership and personnel management skills. * Flexible availability for scheduling. * Knowledge of beverages, inventory management, and customer service. * Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team. * Excellent communication and organizational skills.
