Bartender for a Boutique Hotel in Morelia*Strategic Human Resources is seeking a Bartender for a Boutique Hotel in Morelia, Morelia, Michoacán de Ocampo*Bartender / Bar Manager We are looking for an experienced **Bartender / Bar Manager**, passionate about mixology and highly focused on customer service, to lead and operate our bar—ensuring quality, inventory control, and an excellent experience for guests. Candidate Profile * **Age:** 28 to 40 years old * **Education:** Completed high school (preferably with training in gastronomy or beverages) * **Additional training:** Courses, certifications, or specialization in **mixology or cocktail making** Requirements * Minimum **5 years of experience as a Bartender or Bar Manager** * Proficiency in **classic, modern mixology, and cocktail making** * Knowledge of **wines, spirits, liqueurs, and beers** * Experience in **inventory control and management** * Experience with **SoftRestaurant** * Excellent service attitude and customer attention * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities * Prepare **classic and signature cocktails**, following established recipes and standards * Provide **friendly, prompt, and professional service** to customers at the bar * Control **inventory of beverages, supplies, glassware, and equipment** * Manage **stock levels (minimum and maximum)** * Supervise proper operation and organization of the bar * Keep the bar **clean, organized, and ready for service** * Monitor supplies and **reduce waste/losses** * Comply with **hygiene, safety, and presentation standards** Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $14,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in mixology or cocktail making?
