Opportunity to cover for the bartender and develop skills **JOIN OUR TEAM!** **Churrascaría LaGrange Tlalnepantla** is looking for active, responsible individuals with an excellent attitude. **\*\*WE ARE HIRING WEEKEND BAR ASSISTANTS\*\*** **Requirements:** * PROACTIVE, COMMUNICATION SKILLS, SERVICE-ORIENTED ATTITUDE, ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE * FLEXIBILITY TO ROTATE WEEKEND SHIFTS **Responsibilities:** * Receives instructions from the bar manager * Responsible for cleaning the bar during shift handover (start and end of shift) * Responsible for collecting bar waste and disposing it in the designated container * Responsible for transporting and sorting recyclable materials to the designated location * Responsible for transporting and placing containers in the designated location * Responsible for cleaning and organizing the counter bar and marimba * Responsible for washing, disinfecting, and preparing fruit, garnishes, and juices for beverage preparation * Responsible for washing, mopping, and organizing glassware * Assists the bartender in conducting inventory counts * Accompanies the bar supervisor when restocking supplies, as required * Provides glassware to the bartender * Restocks refrigerators with products used during the shift * Covers for the bartender when necessary, performing required tasks: * Preparation of coffee and beverages * Execution of transfers * Subject to the bartender’s instructions for any other tasks required at the bar during the shift * Complies with internal regulations, circulars, policies, and other internal controls to ensure optimal company operations **We Offer:** * Daily wage: $317.00 (biweekly payroll payment) * Tips * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Savings fund * Staff cafeteria * Learning opportunities * 100% IMSS registration * Training **Work Days:** * SATURDAY AND SUNDAY (rotating schedule) **Work Location:** * C.
