Dynamic and challenging environment. **Job Objective:** Support real-time monitoring of operations, security, and services during events, ensuring timely incident detection and proper protocol execution to guarantee a safe experience for attendees and staff. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor CCTV systems and tracking tools during events * Detect, report, and follow up on incidents in real time * Maintain logs and records of relevant events * Activate and escalate security and operational protocols as required * Maintain constant communication with field teams (operations, security, logistics) * Verify proper functioning of monitoring equipment * Assist in preparing post-event reports * Monitor alarms, access points, and critical event locations **Candidate Profile:** * Completed high school diploma (technical or undergraduate studies preferred) * 1–2 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, security, or control centers * Basic/intermediate proficiency in monitoring systems and Microsoft Office suite * Availability to work rotating shifts (including weekends and events) * Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments **Key Competencies:** * Attention to detail * Timely response * Effective communication * Teamwork * Stress tolerance **What OCESA Offers:** * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Experience in large-scale events * Development in security and operations areas * Dynamic and challenging environment Salary: $12,500.00 – $12,620.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Employee referral program Work Location: On-site employment
