Job Description: We are seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to support the commercial department and ensure accurate tracking of sales administrative processes. Main Responsibilities: Administrative support to the sales team. Preparation and follow-up of quotations, sales orders, and invoicing. Customer service and follow-up. Updating and managing databases and CRM. (Salesforce experience preferred) Preparation of sales reports. Coordination with logistics, finance, and warehouse departments. Filing and management of physical and digital commercial documentation. Inventory tracking. Requirements: Education: Completed undergraduate degree in administration or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office suite, SAP, and Salesforce. Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
