**Accounting Analyst \- AXVICTTI CONSULTORES S.C** AXVICTTI CONSULTORES S.C, an accounting and tax advisory firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst with strong analytical skills and experience in accounting recordkeeping, reconciliation, and control of accounting operations. * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (completed) **Experience:** * Proficiency in accounting software (CONTPAQi preferred) * Expertise in the SAT Portal and management of CFDIs * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting * Strong spreadsheet skills (Intermediate to Advanced Excel) * Attention to detail and accountability **Job Responsibilities** * Accurately and timely record and enter accounting journal entries, ensuring proper account classification * Download XML invoices and prepare invoices * Prepare financial statements and perform account analysis * Perform bank reconciliations and account clean-up * Knowledge of and participation in working papers for monthly and annual accounting closings * Maintain up-to-date accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations * Determine and calculate federal taxes (VAT and Income Tax) * Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns via the SAT Portal * Prepare and submit DIOT reports * Assemble and submit Electronic Accounting * Capture, classify, and safeguard accounting documentation in physical and digital files * Manage invoicing (issued and canceled) * SAT Portal management **Key Competencies:** * Attention to detail and organizational skills * Commitment to confidentiality and data accuracy * Analytical and problem-solving abilities * Proactivity and focus on meeting deadlines * Clear communication and teamwork **Skills:** * Punctuality * Proactivity * Organization * Accountability * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure * Impeccable writing and spelling * Ability to work under pressure **We Offer** * Salary: $11,500\.00 to $13,000\.00 per month * Working hours: 09:00 to 18:00 hrs., Monday to Friday * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Positive work environment * Opportunities for professional and economic growth Employment type: Full-time Benefits: * Salary increases Workplace: On-site employment Salary: $11,500\.00 \- $13,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
