Job Summary: TRACUSA LA RUTA DEL SOL is seeking a Night Shift Monitor to supervise operational personnel and activities for positioning, loading/unloading, and dispatching units. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise operational personnel and activities at client facilities 2. Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and operational conditions 3. HIRING PERSONNEL: MONITOR (NIGHT SHIFT) Supervise operational personnel and activities conducted at client facilities for unit positioning, loading/unloading, and dispatching, strictly adhering to contractual, regulatory, operational, and client policy requirements at all times. EDUCATION: High School Diploma SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Execute the client-requested trip schedule on time, in the required manner, and with service quality. \-Assist in managing operations for personnel under the supervision of the Traffic and Logistics Executive. \-Perform administrative duties while following established processes to ensure proper achievement of objectives.
