Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to perform various accounting tasks, including tax filings, CFDI issuance, bank reconciliations, and invoicing, with advanced Excel proficiency and knowledge of accounting standards. Preparation of monthly and annual tax returns, and invoicing **We are seeking an Accounting Analyst** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM **Responsibilities:** * Experience with CONTPAQi and other similar ERP systems * Advanced Excel proficiency * Solid knowledge of accounting standards, Mexican Financial Information Standards (NIF), and current tax regulations (SAT, IMSS, Infonavit, etc.) * Preparation and submission of monthly and annual tax returns * CFDI generation * Bank reconciliations * Invoicing and account analysis **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $18,000\.00 * Biweekly payment * Statutory benefits Salary: $18,000\.00 per month Experience: * CONTPAQi experience: 1 year (preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
