This is a physically demanding role requiring constant effort and teamwork. Requirements: Male candidates aged 20–45 Completed secondary education (verifiable) Availability to work rotating shifts Availability for overtime Team-oriented attitude Responsibilities: Loading and unloading tires (25–30 kg) Assembling and disassembling racks Sorting and collecting cardboard Operating manual pallet jacks Product labeling and scanning Validation and serialization Drying tires during rainy season Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area Shifts (rotated monthly): 1st shift: Monday–Saturday, 06:00–14:00 hrs 2nd shift: Monday–Saturday, 14:00–22:00 hrs 3rd shift: Monday–Friday, 22:00–06:00 hrs 4th shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00 hrs We Offer: Weekly base salary of $2,200 MXN Weekly payment (Fridays) One-week payroll lag Grocery vouchers: $1,100 MXN Savings fund: $774 MXN monthly Punctuality and attendance bonus: $1,320 MXN Retention bonus: $2,000 MXN Subsidized cafeteria ($25 MXN) Free transportation Job stability and growth opportunities. -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary education Less than 1 year of experience Age: between 23 and 45 years Skills: Manual dexterity, Warehousing, Loading/unloading goods, Warehouse control, Labeling, Inventory management, Organization, Goods receiving, Goods receipt Keywords: helper, assistant, warehouse assistant, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide, warehouse, bodega, storehouse, almacen
