Job Summary: We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser with solid experience in visual presentation and display, responsible for ensuring proper execution of visual guidelines at point-of-sale locations and supervision of promotional staff. We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser with solid experience in visual presentation and display, responsible for ensuring proper execution of visual guidelines at point-of-sale locations, as well as supervision of promotional staff. Responsibilities Implementation of visual presentation and display strategies in stores. Execution and monitoring of planograms and product rotation. Supervision and coordination of promotional staff. Preparation and submission of daily and quarterly reports. Implementation of manuals, guidelines, and onboarding sessions. Assembly and handling of mannequins. Training staff on image and exhibition topics. Development of outfit and styling proposals (men, women, and kids). Requirements Age: 25 to 45 years old. Education: Completed high school (technical degree in design, fashion, or related field preferred). Minimum 3 years’ experience in visual merchandising or display. Knowledge of fashion, styling, and trends. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience leading work teams. Willingness to travel. Not listed in department store blacklists (Liverpool, Palacio de Hierro, Sears). We Offer Direct hiring with the brand. Statutory benefits. Uniform support after 3 months. Fixed rest day on Sundays. No work on holidays. One additional rest day per month. Salary MXN $15,000 monthly gross (probationary period). Schedule Monday to Saturday.
