Description Our client is a leading national company specializing in horizontal residential construction, currently expanding its developments in the municipality of El Marqués, and is searching for top talent to supervise and ensure the correct execution of urban development works—verifying that all work complies with the project design, technical specifications, approved budget, and authorized schedule. The candidate will also be responsible for controlling progress, materials, contractors, cost estimates, and deliveries. If you have at least two years of experience as an Urban Development Resident on one or multiple medium- and residential-level horizontal developments, demonstrate conciliatory leadership, and hold a Civil Engineering degree, this could be your next career step. Requirements -Licensed Civil Engineer. -At least two years of experience in horizontal housing urbanization, including control of progress, quality, and cost estimates. -Experience and aptitude for coordinating contractors and reconciling volumes for approval of cost estimates. -Knowledge of physical construction, authorized urbanization, utilities, and handover processes. -Strong budget management and control capabilities for construction projects, as well as front-end urbanized area handover/reception. -Technical proficiency in EnKontrol, AutoCAD, CivilCAD, and/or Project.
