




Job Summary: We are seeking Technical Support Analysts and Help Desk Analysts to provide assistance and maintenance for computer equipment and networks. Key Highlights: 1. We are a Customs-Bonded Warehouse at AIFA Customs, and we are currently looking for: TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND HELP DESK ANALYSTS (IT) Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Support and HP. Mandatory experience in network and computer systems administration. Completed Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field. Availability to work rotating shifts and take weekday breaks. Responsibilities: Provide help desk and technical support services to all users. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment and printers. Configure computer networks. Other duties inherent to the position.
