You will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team comprising Frontend and Backend developers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous delivery. Responsibilities Technical leadership and development team management Experience coordinating high-performing multidisciplinary teams Ability to propose scalable solution architecture and design Product-oriented mindset, innovation, and continuous improvement. Requirements and Technical Knowledge Microservice-based architectures Docker containers and orchestration on Azure Development and consumption of REST APIs React and modern Frontend architectures UI/UX interface design Backend development with .NET / .NET Core CI/CD and DevOps best practices Cloud computing experience on Azure. Desirable Agile SCRUM methodology Technical leadership focused on mentoring and team growth Knowledge of insurance We Offer Work on high-impact projects.
