Participation in high-impact projects A leading company in the real estate development sector is currently seeking a Technical Director with extensive experience in planning, coordinating, and supervising real estate and construction projects. The position will be responsible for strategically leading the technical area, ensuring proper project execution from analysis and planning stages through final delivery, guaranteeing adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
