Position Summary: We are seeking a maintenance technician to execute maintenance plans, reports, and corrective/preventive tasks at a shopping center. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive property maintenance execution 2. Knowledge of finishes, masonry, plumbing, and electricity 3. Development of maintenance skills and experience Shopping Center Vía Alta is looking for a maintenance technician. *Main Responsibilities: - Execution of the property maintenance plan - Execution of assigned maintenance reports and tasks, both corrective and preventive, as directed by the immediate supervisor *Required Knowledge: -Finishes (flooring, lock replacements, patching, ceiling systems, etc.), -Masonry -Drywall -Blacksmithing -General and/or sanitary plumbing -Electricity (electrical panels, low and medium voltage).
