You will serve as the cornerstone in ensuring goal achievement, managing a team structure of cambaceo promoters. Key Responsibilities: * Team Leadership: Supervise and conduct daily follow-up with zone promoters to ensure compliance with established KPIs. * Territory Strategy: Design and assign effective work routes within the Toluca area and surrounding regions. * Promoter Training: Ensure promoters master approach techniques and product knowledge. * Report incidents, attendance, and results directly to your immediate supervisor. Requirements: * Experience: Minimum 2 verifiable years as a field sales supervisor in cambaceo (telecommunications sector). * Skills: Personnel management, conflict resolution, resilience. * Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Toluca area and surrounding regions. * Education: Completed high school diploma (Bachillerato).
