Job Summary: We are seeking a field sales supervisor with strategic leadership to manage cambaceo promoters and ensure goal achievement. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership of field sales teams and management of cambaceo promoters. 2. Design of territory strategies and assignment of effective routes. 3. Training of promoters on approach techniques and product knowledge. We seek a strategic, results-oriented leader to fill the Field Sales Supervisor position. You will be the fundamental pillar for ensuring goal achievement, managing a team structure of cambaceo promoters. Key Responsibilities: * Team Leadership: Supervise and conduct daily follow-up with zone promoters to ensure compliance with established KPIs. * Territory Strategy: Design and assign effective work routes within the Toluca area and surrounding regions. * Promoter Training: Ensure promoters master approach techniques and product knowledge. * Report incidents, attendance, and results directly to your immediate supervisor. Requirements: * Experience: Minimum 2 verifiable years as a field sales supervisor in cambaceo (telecommunications sector). * Skills: Personnel management, conflict resolution, resilience. * Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Toluca area and surrounding regions. * Education: Completed high school diploma or equivalent.
