Job Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented and customer-focused sales leader to supervise teams, manage operations, and ensure compliance with standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve excellence in customer service. 2. Supervise store operations, inventory, and product display. 3. Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure proper product display. Supervise store opening, closing, and compliance with operational and safety standards. Collaborate with the team to meet or exceed sales targets. Support implementation of business strategies (product launches, promotions, key products). Resolve customer issues while ensuring a positive experience. Supervise cash handling, returns, and transactions.
